The team of Paname Brewing Company has transformed an old warehouse on the Quai de la Loire in Paris in micro brewery. Here, in dazzling stainless steel tanks, five craft beers blended from only the best natural ingredients end up to ferment like « Bête Noire », a black IPA, or « Singe en Hiver » , a pre-prohibition lager. Beers are draught at the pressure at prices ranging from 3.70 to 4.50 € the 50cl. With its huge terrace under a 150 years old cherry tree or the one on a floating barge, its very industrial decor in a spirit of Brooklyn, this new place is undoubtedly the spot of this summer to enjoy a good cold beer the feet in the water. Peckish, you can order the mezze platter or outright the cheese-burger. I’m really not a beer drinker but all those who have accompanied me, really enjoyed the ones of PBC. I prefer their homemade sparkling water or their ice latte.
